Description

The Line Maintenance Planner is responsible for ensuring continued airworthiness of flyadeal's Fleet.

  • Coordinate with the Contracted Service Provider to obtain and review the Maintenance Due List on a regular basis.
  • Identify maintenance tasks that need to be accomplished based on their due date.
  • Coordinate with the Line Planners to allocate work for the respective stations. · Coordinate with Contracted Service provider for the creation and issuance of work packages for the planned maintenance work.
  • Coordinate with the Contracted Maintenance Organization Planning Team for the scheduling of maintenance and availability of resources/spares/materials/tooling and equipment.
  • Coordinate with Aircraft Scheduling Team for the availability of aircraft on ground for maintenance activities.
  • Coordinate with MCC Controller for the troubleshooting and rectification action for MEL/other open defects.
  • Coordinate with MCC Defect Controller for Maintenance Action Request raised to troubleshoot and rectify defects reported in Skywise system.
  • Coordinate with Material Planner for the availability of Spares and Materials required.
  • Closely follow up the execution of all planned maintenance to ensure timely release of aircraft to service.
  • Ensure all completed aircraft paperwork are controlled and handed over to FAD Line Planners immediately after performing the planned tasks.
  • Ensure process is in place for reviewing and correcting all discrepancies in aircraft paperwork and filling the defects in the system before handing over to Technical Records for archiving.
  • Ensure all completed work packages are reported back to Contracted Service Provider for MIS system update.
  • Coordinate with Technical Records to ensure MIS is updated for defects reported and rectified, component changes and other flight data.
  • Closely coordinate between MCC and CMO in case of aircraft delays.
  • Prepare and issue delay reports for late release from maintenance.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering. 
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in an Aircraft maintenance environment.
  • Experience in using different functions of Maintenance Information System.
  • Knowledge of GACA Regulations is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Aircraft Manufacturer’s Manuals and other documentation is preferred.
